We
believe that our value as portfolio managers results from three primary
factors:
- Client comfort
with our style, based on frequent consultation and communication
- Solid performance,
relative to market indices over time; and
- Personal service,
by maintaining a limited number accounts per portfolio manager and
back-up on all accounts.
Client Reporting
The type and frequency of reporting will be customized to the needs
of the client. A typical arrangement includes a quarterly Portfolio
Appraisal, a Purchase and Sale report, and a Realized Gains and Losses
report. In addition, quarterly performance reports are sent with portfolio
commentary. Personal meetings are scheduled as often as desired. Clients
are also kept informed through personalized letters and telephone calls
regarding transactions, market conditions, and investment strategy.
